Below I have attached two resumes for your review: a draft and a final version. To highlight that I am bilingual educator and specialize in working with foreign and special education students.
Draft Resume
Q: What did you take away from comparing and contrasting the AI draft with your final personally written draft?
Above is my first resume, which was made with the light use of AI. As you can see it's a bit crowded... although all the information presented above is accurate to my skills, a resume should only highlight your best qualities as a candidate. Resumes on average are looked at for "six to seven seconds" according to indeed.com, because of this overcrowded resumes such as the one above are unappealing to future employers. The color and overall format of the resume is adequate and flows well. All of the information presented is important but can be summarized better. Taking this into consideration, I made sure my revised resume would make me stand out compared to other contenders.
Final Resume
As you can tell the resume made with revisions including help from AI is superior in quality. This resume is not only cleaner but gets the narrative across faster. With the use of AI all of the points I wanted to make were summarized. The wording picked out by the chatbot was picked in a way that made my limited speech efficient.
